Very chaotic service, bland food. Would not recommend

The food was excellent, but the service was not what you would expect for the prices charged.

Cannot even to begin how GREAT this fabulous establishment is. I ordered truffle fries and boom boom shrimp for an appetizer. the They were both perfectly delightful. For my entree I had the garlic stuffed filet with grilled asparagus and natural cut matchstick fries. Hands down the best steak I have eaten in a long time. Great environment, good food, and friendly staff. I will definitely be going back!

The food was amazing. Definitely have the southwestern chicken egg rolls. You will think it's the best thing on the menu... until your steak arrives. Ours were cooked perfect to order and very tender. Our waiter was perfectly attentive without being over intrusive.

Service was extremely slow. There was only one other table of customers with two servers working, so I'm not sure what the problem was. Once our order was placed we waited an inordinately long time for our food to arrive. Server never checked on us after our food arrived. The food was mediocre for the price. I eventually had to go to the kitchen to find the server in order to get our check. We had waited a substantial length of time for the server to bring it. Once she did bring the check we again had to wait quite a long time for her to return and pick it up for payment. We won't be going back.

Very impressed with the food, the atmosphere and the staff!The steak was phenomenal right there with the fries and the spinach. This is our first visit and wont our last. Highly recommend this place!

Loved the atmosphere. Wished they had a children's menu. We got filet mignon and lamb, both were perfect. Wished the vegetable serving was larger but still enjoyed our meal.

From the first moment you arrive in this place they give you an excellent feeling. Very friendly hosts, it is a friendly restaurant to hang out with your friends or with your date. very good cuisine, talented chef, competitive cost and generous service. Warmly recommended.

I took my family to Crazy Horse last weekend, and the service was much better than the food. I’d like to reiterate that the service and the cocktails were great, however, our food was nearly cold when it arrived, which is weird because we didn’t wait but a few minutes. Personally, I compared my entree to food catered at office events etc. I’ll admit it was a late dinner and we weren’t trying to drag it out so we did not inform the staff or try to get it replaced. I feel that the price and quality of food did not align. Additionally, live sound at upscale venues needs to be professionally engineered. The vocals coming from the band of two were eardrum piercing loud! To me, that’s the worst possible outcome for a live music venue.

Love everything about the menu and service here. Wait staff was great. Steak was cooked just right. Cant wait to go again.

I had originally given a 5 star. However, I've been less impressed every time I go (3rd time). About to take this restaurant off my list completely. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. We had finished our appetizer before we got our wine (we had ordered everything when the waitress finally got to the table). And been waiting an hour on our food.

Wonderful Surf and Turf, could not have been better! The waiter (Mike) was pleasant and efficient, made sure our steak was cooked as we like it. Looking forward to the next time, by the way, the bread pudding was to die for!!!

The service was great, but they're pork items in items on the menu that don't state so, many baked potato was cold and hard. The only saving grace for the meal is that my steak was absolutely divine

Great food wonderful service

I have dropped $130 for two in Crazy Horse steakhouse multiple times in the last few years. It’s been one of my favorites, except the beer cheese soup is always cold. We heard about the renovations and were excited to see them. I called today and asked if they were serving guest inside and if I needed a reservation. I was told “ I wish we were busy enough for reservations, just come in, we are serving until 11pm”. We drove from Trussville and showed up at 8:09. We were told we closed at 8. I told the guy I called and was told 11, he left and came back and said we closed at 8....sorry good bye! We left very disappointed. Spent $32 at old faithful Munoz and left full and happy. If you are not busy enough to take reservations why turn away someone ready to spend $130 on food over 9 minutes. I guess we will go back to Saltgrass. #triedtosupportlocals 🤷‍♂️

Ribeye was very thin and tiny baked potato.Prices are higher than what is plated.

Great service and the food is amazing! Upscale and great tasting food with a pretty cool atmosphere.

This is definitely the place to go if you're in the mood for a good steak.

The owner is Great and so is the restaurant!The server(and older man) we had on Saturday morning12/28/18 for breakfast was not. He was very rude. I had ordered grits with my eggs, bacon and biscuit. My grits were filled with black pepper and heavy salt(none of which I had ordered in my grits). When we were asked how things were, I told him about the grits and he snapped and said "how was everything else"? Who does that?Which lead me to believe he knew and didn't care, because he never tried to make it right! I don't know if he was having a bad day or was just plain nasty, but I will pray for him.

Damn good food, excellent service, 11/10 would go again. Initial impression was that I didn't know if I wanted to go in. It's just a building on Highway 11 (if I remember correctly), seemingly not next to much else.Looked like a well kept place from the outside though. I finally decided if it wasn't a good place, seemingly out by nothing, it surely wouldn't manage to stay open ... right? Well, I now know how they managed to stay open. DAMN GOOD FOOD. EXCELLENT SERVICE. And, I would DEFINITELY go again! Pro tip: The Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce is killer, but if you want to make it better, get a shot of Gentleman Jack and pour it into the bowl with the bread pudding - just sayin', it's worth it!!!

The food was absolutely amazing but it is on the pricey side. Portion sizes may be smaller than what you are used too but in reality they are normal and will fill you up and it tastes amazing. Great atmosphere, need to get the music right though, one associate was constantly skipping songs trying to get the songs right, service was good as well

Husband's Medium rare steak came to the table well-done. They fixed it quickly...once we could get the waiter's attention. My food was fine.... But it would have been nice to have eaten together. Squash casserole and the fried green tomatoes were delicious!Place is a bit pricey for the quality, but fun to try a new place.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary tonight and it was great! Our server was incredibly nice and attentive and the food was equally as fantastic! We ended up here on a whim after our first option didn't pan out and we are so much happier! Thanks for making our night and serving us even though we begged to sit in the blazing heat!

Our first experience at this restaurant was amazing!! The service was great and the food was amazing!! Very enjoyable and the workers were very interactive and friendly!

I ate here for the first time tonight. When I picked my burger up the guy jokingly, I thought, said it's the best burger in the world. Unbeknownst to me this guy was more honest than George Washington. By far the absolute best burger I've ever had. For a first time experience this was a great choice. I can't wait to try the rest on the menu and so glad I've got this awesome place this in my lil town!!

What a joke! Where do I begin??? For the prices they charge, you would expect more than a server who obviously never worked in the food industry, to at least be able to button his shirt, that obviously was at the bottom of the laundry pile, and who could answer simple questions about the menu instead of running to the kitchen to get his information. After I had to go to bar myself to get a glass of wine, the food came out cold and it just wasn’t worth the effort to try to get it corrected. So in the end, we paid far to much for a mediocre meal at best. We will not waste our money again.

A Gem, just off the beating path abit. Found the Crazy Hourse a few years ago. A must drop by, if ever anywhere close. Upon arrival your well recieved in a professional, courteous manner. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be seated. Acoustical folk ballads ring softly from a small balcony. The wait staff is on point. Beverages are out quickly. Appetizers, Entrees are ordered, usually not written down. Your Entrees arrive quickly, fresh and hot, sauces never filmed over from a heat lamp, and prepared beyond expectations. Well seasoned to a brilliant flavor profile. Desserts, (if one is able, the Entree portions are generous,) are very good. May I recommend the Creamebrule , when available, or, my favorite, the Bread Pudding.

We were stranded on the side of the road in front of this restaurant and they helped us so much and brought us water and were so sweet and helpful!! Really good people and me and my family are planning to go eat their one of these days!!
